Speaking Engagements

At One Post at a Time, our speaking engagements are more than presentations — they’re transformative, interactive experiences that invite reflection, renewal, and purposeful action.

Each session blends mindfulness skills, evidence-based well-being practices, and tangible tools to deepen self-awareness, nurture self-compassion, and sustain those who give so much of themselves to others.

Drawing on years of experience in classrooms, nonprofit organizations, correctional facilities, and corporate settings, we thoughtfully tailor every keynote and workshop to meet the unique needs of your audience. Whether your group includes educators, community leaders, or professionals from diverse sectors, our sessions are designed to:

  • Cultivate self-understanding and compassion as the foundation for well-being

  • Offer tangible, mindfulness-based tools to support calm, focus, and resilience

  • Guide participants in identifying clear, strategic steps to cultivate their own well being.

Participants typically leave feeling grounded, energized, and empowered — not just uplifted for the day, but resourced with practical strategies to sustain their purpose and passion long after the session ends.

Let’s create an experience that nourishes your team, strengthens connection, and sparks lasting positive change.

Elementary Education

We are deeply honored to carry forward the extraordinary work of Susan Lubar and the entire team at Growing Minds through sharing the Growing Healthy Minds curriculum. We are grateful to be the organization entrusted by Susan to deliver this impactful work in schools.

This 8-week, data-driven program is designed to supplement and enrich existing SEL and PBIS initiatives in elementary schools.

Grounded in mindfulness-based practices, the curriculum supports both students and teachers, helping to build focus, emotional regulation, and a more compassionate classroom culture.

Since 2016, this proven curriculum has reached over 4,000 students,

first through Growing Minds and now through One Post at a Time.

After experiencing this program:

  • 80% of students reported improved focus in class

  • 78% of students indicated they felt happier at school and home

  • 70% of students reported they were better able to avoid fights and arguments

  • 97% of teachers reported they observed clear benefits in their students

Together, we’re not just teaching skills — we’re creating a ripple effect of well-being that touches classrooms, homes, and communities.

Parent & Educator Workshops

Parent & Educator Workshops

Our Parent and Teacher Workshops are designed to bring mindfulness to life — helping adults nurture calm, connection, and resilience in themselves and the children they support.

Offered both as a complement to and independent from our 8-week in-classroom curriculum, these engaging sessions equip parents and educators with simple, effective mindfulness practices they can integrate into daily routines at home or in the classroom.

Participants learn how to:

  • Model presence and calm in everyday moments

  • Use shared, consistent language that strengthens children’s understanding of mindfulness concepts

  • Teach accessible techniques to enhance focus, attention, emotional regulation, and self-compassion

Through interactive learning and reflective practice, participants gain practical strategies and shared understanding to help create supportive, mindful environments where both adults and children can grow and thrive.
